4. For domains under all categories, except 'gen.in' and 'ind.in', the organisation/ institution applying for the domain name must have their office in India.
5. a. The organisation will be required to run name-servers for the domain name.
   b. These name servers must be up, permanently connected to the Internet, and configured correctly to respond to DNS requests for the domain, before the application is submitted.
   c. These name-servers may belong to either the organisation or the Internet Service Provider/ Web Service Provider.
